Ten kids. Two singers. You would assume the shortage in kids would mean a greater, more lively experience. Not quite. Lena and I sang the worship songs, but the kids looked bored and some uses their backpacks as pillows to lay their head on. One of the kids tried playing the box, but quickly went back to her sear after realizing she couldn't keep up with the beat. We only did three songs because of time. I think the kids just don't want to sing; maybe this future generation only likes Tiktok or material satisfaction. Either way, I need to find a way to get them involved, or else I'm wasting my time. I need to find some innovative way to get them to interact. Next week, I'm gonna have to perform songs all by myself. I'm a little anxious, but I think I'll be fine. This struggle might be one of the most challenging tasks I ever did.
