Welcome to my blog on my Brown University Campus Tour! Today, I toured the campus for a second time and the experience was awesome. Just parking next to the campus brought so much excitement inside me. Seeing the Van Wickle Gates in person just felt so surreal to me.

There was an orientation at the beginning in the List Art Center, where a senior admission officer guided us through an introdction of the college, its values, and several unique aspects of Brown. Obviously I knew all this content. After the presentation, we were split into different groups and my tour guide was really nice. She took us to the main green, the Sci Li, the Hay, the new Lindemann Art Center, the Ratty, dorm rooms, and couple Greek Life buildings. The campus environment and beautiful weather matched perfectly as I walked across the different buildings. I was intriguided by the location of the Sci Li because it was near the biology department, but since it was a general tour, I couldn't go into any of the science-related buildings. I know everyone says this, but every building lowkey has a label on it, so if I didn't know what building I saw, it could just look at the label. The tour guide also said there are so many tutors and mentors who are there to help you finding concentratiosn you like and even help find new dorm partners or (my favorite one) assist you in your studies. I wish I had this opportunity in high school. Most of the tour was nothing new to me because I did my research, but just walking through the campus brought me joy. I loved how the tour guide said that undergraduates could take an S/NC class, where I (if I attended there) could take a class without the stress of a grade attached to it. This means I could attend a class out of sheer curiosity and explore a diverse take on my education. I absolutely love that about Brown. Also, a bit on the students at Brown, as someone who cares about clothing, I did notice the students wore trendy apparel (Adidas Sambas, Vejas shoes). They're pretty well-dressed but that's just an observation, though.

Brown absolutely captivates my interest and I strongly believe it is the best fit for me. Touring the campus brought back memories of first tour as well made new ones. I took lots of pictures, so here are some!
